Vida Nutrition Hydro Stim is a fully disclosed 30-serving pre-workout combining a substantial performance base of 6g L-citrulline, 3.2g beta-alanine and 2g taurine with a multi-ingredient stimulant and focus formula.
What made Hydro Stim interesting enough for us to stock at Wolf Supps is that it isn't simply a tiny-scoop stimulant product. Each serving is a full 16g, with proper room given to citrulline, beta-alanine and taurine before you even get into the stimulant side of the formula.
Why We Stock Vida Nutrition Hydro Stim
There are plenty of pre-workouts that effectively amount to caffeine, flavouring and a handful of ingredients sprinkled around it.
Hydro Stim isn't really built that way.
The formula starts with:
6,000mg L-Citrulline
3,200mg Beta-Alanine
2,000mg Taurine
and then builds its stimulant and focus matrix around caffeine anhydrous, Infinergy® di-caffeine malate, TeaCrine®, citicoline and additional botanical ingredients.
For us, that makes it a more interesting option for experienced pre-workout users who want a sizeable serving rather than simply chasing the smallest scoop with the biggest stimulant number.
What's In Hydro Stim?
Each 16g scoop provides:
- 6,000mg L-Citrulline
- 3,200mg Beta-Alanine
- 2,000mg Taurine
- 1,000mg CocoMineral® Coconut Water
- 500mg RedNite® Fresh Beetroot Concentrate
- 300mg Citrus Aurantium
- 300mg Juglans Whole Fruit
- 250mg Citicoline
- 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous
- 200mg Infinergy® Di-Caffeine Malate
- 100mg TeaCrine®
- 10mg Black Pepper Extract
The RedNite® used in the formula is a fresh beetroot concentrate standardised to naturally occurring nitrate content.
A Proper 16g Pre-Workout Serving
One of the things we like about Hydro Stim is how much of the serving is devoted to the non-stimulant side of the formula.
You get 11.2g from citrulline, beta-alanine and taurine alone before accounting for the remaining ingredients.
That's useful context when comparing Hydro Stim against highly concentrated pre-workouts where much of the product positioning revolves entirely around stimulants.
Multi-Source Stimulant Formula
Hydro Stim isn't a low-stimulant pre-workout.
Each serving contains 200mg caffeine anhydrous, plus 200mg Infinergy® di-caffeine malate, alongside TeaCrine®, Citrus aurantium and other ingredients.
Importantly, we would not describe that as “400mg caffeine”. Di-caffeine malate is an ingredient containing caffeine; 200mg of Infinergy® does not mean another 200mg of pure caffeine.
What we can say accurately is that Hydro Stim has a multi-source, high-stimulant profile, so it's much more appropriate for customers who already understand their tolerance.
1g CocoMineral® Per Serving
Vida has also included 1,000mg CocoMineral® coconut water extract in each serving.
That's part of why Vida positions Hydro Stim as more than a conventional stimulant-only pre-workout, and why the tub itself describes the product as a stimulant and hydration formula.
30 Servings Per Tub
Each tub contains:
480g total powder
16g per scoop
30 servings
That means you're getting a genuinely substantial serving rather than dozens of tiny concentrated scoops.
Hydro Stim Flavours
The current range includes:
Cherry Cola Bottles
Caribbean Crush
Sour Gummies
Passion Fruit
Who Is Vida Hydro Stim For?
Hydro Stim makes most sense for experienced pre-workout users looking for a formula with:
6g citrulline
3.2g beta-alanine
2g taurine
multiple stimulant sources
citicoline and TeaCrine®
30 full 16g servings
If you're highly sensitive to caffeine or completely new to stimulant pre-workouts, this isn't where we'd start.
How To Use Hydro Stim
Use one 16g scoop according to the directions on the product packaging before training.
Because the formula contains several stimulant ingredients, assess your tolerance carefully and take your total daily caffeine intake into account. Avoid unnecessarily combining Hydro Stim with coffee, energy drinks or additional stimulant supplements.
Do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended serving.
