Managing Your Subscription

Customers who purchase products through a subscription or recurring purchase option may cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time before their next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation Requests

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel that shipment.

Any future recurring orders will be cancelled once your cancellation request has been successfully processed.

Subscription Discounts

Subscription discounts are provided in exchange for recurring purchases and may differ from one-time purchase pricing.

If a subscription is cancelled, any future orders will be charged at the standard website price unless a new subscription is created.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to collect payment again before cancelling the subscription.

If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be automatically suspended or cancelled.

Changes to Subscription Products

Wolf Supplements reserves the right to discontinue, replace, reformulate, or modify subscription products where necessary. Customers will be notified where appropriate.
