Dispatch Times

We process and dispatch orders every weekday (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed before 3:30pm will usually be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:30pm, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

While we aim to dispatch all eligible orders the same day, dispatch times may occasionally be extended during busy periods, product launches, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
