How to use

Place one pouch underneath your upper lip and leave in place for approximately 15–30 minutes. Do not chew or swallow the pouch.

One daily serving is a maximum of 4 pouches, providing 200mg caffeine in total. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving and take other sources of caffeine into account.
