How to use

Place one pouch under the upper lip for around 15–30 minutes. Do not chew or swallow the pouch.

Neutonic states that one serving is four pouches and recommends not exceeding four pouches per day. Four pouches provide 200mg caffeine in total, so other caffeine sources should also be taken into account.
