Directions For Use:

STEP 1: Weigh out your hydrorice, preferably using our engineered precision weighing scales. This is bodybuilding, be accurate. Be precise.

STEP 2: Add boiling water, around a 1:3 HYDRORICE TO WATER ratio (depending on the consistency you like your hydrorice)

STEP 3: Mix and microwave in short 30 second bursts. If adding protein, allow to cool before mixing in.

Allow hydrorice to sit and cool for 2-3 minutes before consuming. THE longer it sits the thicker it gets!

Alternatively: Slowly add triple the amount of water to hydrorice, stir / whisk to swell for desired consistency and let sit for 2-3 minutes.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture and out of reach of children.
